ML GROUP Packaging Factory became a finalist in the 2023 Employer Rating according to the Headhunter portal (hh.ru). We received a certificate of an attractive and open employer. In addition, the success of the development of the company's image and HR processes was noted.
This is the first time we participate in this competition and getting into the final is an important achievement. Only 1,497 out of 2,266 enterprises representing the whole of Russia made it to the final of the rating.
Companies were evaluated in three areas:
- Assessment and comparison of the organization's activities in the field of personnel management and development. The questionnaire filled out by the HR department was used as a basis. The initial data were compared with other enterprises from the same industry;
- Assessment of employee loyalty. The company's employees received a link by clicking on which they took the survey. Such a questionnaire made it possible to assess how the staff feels about the employer, whether they would recommend it to their acquaintances who are looking for a place of employment;
- Evaluation of a company by people who are just looking for a job. Job seekers who participated in the study were allowed to cast their vote for three companies from the industry. They had to choose the ones they considered to be an attractive employer.
All of these surveys were conducted between June 1 and October 31, 2023.
Based on the data received, the organizers selected the finalists. The results were carefully analyzed, so a number of employers were not admitted to the final. The point is that they were suspected of unfair competition, i.e. vote rigging and providing false information.
Our company fell into the group of small enterprises with no more than 250 employees. In total, there were 543 enterprises in this group, and we ranked 326th with an index of 98.07. This number was obtained by adding up the three scores in the areas described above. We realize that we are not in the top yet, but this only encourages us to develop. We will strive to win higher places.
According to the results of the survey of our employees, their loyalty index amounted to 70.7. This can be interpreted that the majority of employees appreciate ML GROUP company and want to work in it, and are ready to recommend it as an employer.
